By accessing or using our services — including our website, social media pages, forecasts, storm updates, wildlife information, and community reports — you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Purpose of Services

NPWS is a community-driven weather and wildlife information provider. Our goal is to share accurate, timely, and educational content to help the public stay informed about local weather, storms, and conservation issues.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our information, NPWS cannot guarantee that all data, forecasts, or wildlife updates are error-free or current. Conditions can change rapidly. Always verify urgent information through official sources, including:

The National Weather Service (NWS)
Local emergency management authorities
Licensed wildlife experts

NPWS is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of our reports.

3. User Responsibilities

By using NPWS content, you agree to:

6. Community Participation & Reporting

NPWS welcomes community storm spotters, wildlife observers, and volunteers. By submitting photos, videos, or reports to NPWS, you grant us permission to share, repost, or use them for educational and informational purposes (with credit when possible).

7. Changes to Terms

NPWS may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
